• Initiate and develop policies & procedures in order to put in place a sound internal control system.
• Monitor and control policies and procedural compliance, as well as internal control.
• Monitor and report effectiveness of work processes within departments and providing insight to causes of non-compliance to department heads.
• Develop company's database system, financial reporting system and management reporting system.
